Domestic Shipping
Orders are shipped through UPS Ground. You will receive a shipping confirmation email to track your package in 1-3 business days.
Order Processing
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after they are received. During periods of high order volume or other unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be longer. If a significant delay is expected, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible.
Orders requiring expedited processing may be accommodated, when available, and will be subject to a Rush Order Fee. Please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm availability and applicable fees.
Local Pick Up Policy
All local pick up orders must be picked up within 30 days from the "ready for pick up notification". Any unpicked up orders will be cancelled after 30 days, and a store credit will be issued .
